Corporate Tax Associate Director

About the role

RSM is seeking an Associate Director to join its Corporate Tax team in Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from owner‑managed businesses to large multinational groups, delivering both compliance and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex corporate tax compliance work and review junior team members' output.
• Deliver advisory projects including due diligence, transactions, restructuring and innovation reliefs.
• Maintain and grow a client portfolio, ensuring high‑quality service and identifying new business opportunities.
• Support senior staff in business development, proposal preparation and networking events.

Required profile

• ACA qualified (or equivalent); CTA qualification preferred or proven tax advisory experience.
• Strong client‑facing experience with excellent corporate tax compliance background.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of corporate tax and proven advisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a busy portfolio and develop new business.
