TPF Recruitment is partnering with a respected accountancy and advisory practice in Surrey to recruit a highly experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their growing tax team. The firm delivers high‑quality tax advice and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients and values a collaborative culture, professional development and exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of corporate tax clients and support workflow planning.
• Support wider tax advisory services to both existing and new clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact and meetings.
• Coach and develop team members, contributing to the quality of their work.
• Identify new business opportunities and assist with revenue targets.
• Assist senior leadership in running and improving the tax section of the business.

Required profile

• Tax‑qualified or part‑qualified (CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent).
• Substantial corporate tax experience gained in a practice environment.
• Confident undertaking technical research and guiding clients through complex tax issues.
• Excellent leadership skills and comfortable mentoring and managing others.
• Commercially aware and proactively contributes to business growth.
