Corporate/Commercial Partner – Senior Legal Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Partner to join a leading SME multi‑service law firm in London. The role involves advising on a wide range of commercial matters for a stable, solvent practice with a strong pipeline of work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on GDPR compliance and data protection matters.
• Draft and negotiate collaboration, strategic partnership, joint venture and shareholder agreements.
• Handle distribution, agency, franchise, outsourcing and service agreements.
• Advise on technology terms and commercial risk, liability structuring and contract negotiation strategy.
• Manage complex commercial contracts and support commercial aspects of SME M&A and other corporate work.

Required profile

• Current Commercial Partner or Senior Associate with at least 8 years post‑qualification experience.
• Demonstrated commercial law experience and strong technical expertise.
• Collaborative, team‑focused approach with proven business development ability.
