Coupa System Administrator (Permanent)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Coupa System Administrator to manage and optimise our new Coupa environment. The role will start with a hybrid working pattern – three days on‑site at our Ipswich office before transitioning to fully remote – and is permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain Coupa across production and non‑production environments.
• Manage security roles, user provisioning, permissions and compliance controls.
• Monitor system performance, integrations and data flows to ensure high availability.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for functional and technical issues, liaising with Microsoft support when required.
• Support release management, testing cycles, deployments and environment refreshes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes and changes.
• Assist with upgrades, patches and optimisation projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and QA teams to translate requirements into system enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Coupa System Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of all Coupa modules and procurement/finance data structures.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Active Directory, security governance and identity management.
• Familiarity with environment management, change control and release processes.
• Ability to diagnose issues across functional and technical layers.
