Cover Teacher – Flexible Full‑Time Temporary Role

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic cover teacher to support secondary‑age students across a range of subjects in Harrow and surrounding schools. The position offers flexible, day‑to‑day work for teachers who are not yet in a long‑term role and prefer full‑time hours on a temporary basis. The role runs from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with a daily rate of £100‑£170. It is a full‑time temporary assignment starting 2 November 2026 and continuing on an ongoing basis. Prospero Teaching acts as the recruitment agency and will handle all safeguarding and vetting checks.
Required profile
- Experience working with children and young people.
- Qualified Teacher Status (PGCE) or equivalent.
- Up‑to‑date safeguarding training completed within the last year.
- Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Two professional references covering the past two years.
