Creative Producer

About the role

Monocle is looking for a Creative Producer to join its photography team in Marylebone, London. You will lead the production of high‑quality photography and video content that supports the brand’s commercial and editorial output across print, digital, books, experiential projects and more.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage photography and video shoots from brief to delivery, working autonomously and negotiating multiple stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the photo department, commercial sales and production teams to ensure projects meet commercial objectives and brand standards.
• Oversee usage rights, copyright and licensing for all visual assets.
• Commission photographers, videographers and other creative talent, conducting picture research and ensuring the final product aligns with Monocle’s aesthetic.

Required profile

• Proven experience producing photography and video shoots for brands, either in an agency or in‑house environment.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to handle several work streams simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of commercial usage rights and copyright.
• Outstanding picture‑research abilities and confidence in commissioning creative talent.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and collaborative attitude, with excellent communication skills.
