About the role
As Visual Merchandising Manager you will take ownership of visual merchandising standards across our three standalone stores and three concessions. You will translate seasonal, brand and creative direction into inspiring, commercially focused retail environments that enhance the customer experience and support sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain visual merchandising standards across all stores and concessions, implementing seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand direction.
- Use sales, stock and category data to inform merchandising decisions, improving sell‑through of slow‑moving products and ensuring key items receive appropriate visibility.
- Coach store managers and teams on visual merchandising best practice, building capability to maintain high standards between visits.
- Collaborate with Area Manager, Senior Art Director, Buying, Marketing and Operations to translate creative direction into retail execution and manage the VM calendar.
Required profile
- Proven experience in visual merchandising within fashion, premium or lifestyle retail.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyse sales and stock data.
- Excellent eye for styling, presentation and detail, with strong organisational and planning skills.
- Experience coaching and developing retail teams, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
