Credit Control Tutor / Assessor

About the role
We are seeking a Credit Control Tutor / Assessor to deliver and assess apprenticeship programmes in credit control and collection. The role is remote and offers a three‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension.
Key responsibilities
- Teach and assess learners working towards Apprenticeships in Credit Control and Collection.
- Meet Assessor KPI’s for timely visits, quality paperwork and administration.
- Design and deliver engaging sessions that develop learners' skills, knowledge and behaviours.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learner progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners, overcoming barriers to learning.
- Prepare learners for gateway assessments and ensure readiness for successful EPA completion.
Required profile
- Recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
- Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET).
- Experience delivering apprenticeships, preferably in finance or business.
- Occupational experience in credit control, debt recovery or financial operations with an understanding of credit management.
- IT literate.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities, confident and professional demeanor.

What we offer
- Salary £32,000 pro rata per year.
- Full‑time, three‑month fixed‑term contract with potential extension.
