Credit Controller (French Speaking)

About the role

Univar Solutions is seeking a French‑speaking Credit Controller to join its Credit Control team in Bradford. You will be responsible for collecting cash, managing blocked orders and supporting the team in meeting KPI targets for debtor days and cash performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain timely collections of cash from customers.
• Manage and resolve blocked orders quickly and effectively.
• Use the GETPAID system to complete workflow actions with accurate notes.
• Prepare documentation for weekly management reviews and pre‑legal action.
• Provide cover for team members as required.
• Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer disputes.
• Assist the EFC team with cash and BACS receipt allocation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
• Answer telephone enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Communicate across departments to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (or Dutch).
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, focused, flexible and numerate.
• Strong organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the GETPAID system.
