Credit Controller – Immediate Start

About the role

Our client is expanding rapidly after a successful acquisition and needs experienced Credit Controllers to join the team immediately. Based in a modern office in central Birmingham, the role offers a hybrid working pattern and the chance to progress from a temporary position to permanent employment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile a ledger of diverse client accounts.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve credit issues.
• Monitor payment schedules and enforce credit terms.
• Prepare regular reports on credit exposure and ageing.
• Support the finance department in achieving cash‑flow targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities to meet deadlines.
• Ambitious and motivated to contribute to a high‑performing team.
