Credit Hire Litigator – Hybrid role in Liverpool

About the role

Know your Credit Hire law inside out? Our client – a well‑established, growing law firm in Liverpool – is seeking an experienced Credit Hire Litigator to manage a caseload of fast‑track and multi‑track claims, including liability‑disputed cases, from initial proceedings through to trial.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of fast‑track and multi‑track Credit Hire claims, overseeing each case from inception to trial.
• Maintain regular communication with hire companies and clients, providing updates at every stage.
• Negotiate settlements and represent the firm in court proceedings.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of Credit Hire case law, Ministry of Justice (MOJ) protocols and the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
• Strong negotiation abilities and resilience to handle a busy caseload under pressure.
• Results‑driven and technically proficient in Credit Hire litigation.
