Customer Advisor – Birmingham

About the role

Join the Aftersales team at Stellantis &You's Birmingham Central dealership as a Customer Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with enquiries, service appointments and vehicle deliveries while promoting our premium automotive brands.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line service to customers visiting the dealership.
• Assist customers with enquiries, schedule service appointments and coordinate vehicle hand‑overs.
• Promote aftersales products and services to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain accurate records in dealership systems and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Support the Aftersales team in achieving sales targets and delivering a premium customer experience.

Required profile

• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the automotive industry and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as required.
