Customer Communications Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Communications Specialist to join Fibrus, a fast‑growing full‑fibre broadband provider. Working closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing, you will shape and deliver multi‑channel marketing communications that drive awareness, engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end customer communications plan across email, SMS, WhatsApp and social channels.
• Establish a change‑process to log, track and version‑control all communication updates.
• Collaborate with customer service, installs, compliance and marketing teams to create new communications that support key business metrics.
• Ensure all communications are brand‑consistent, tone‑of‑voice aligned and regulatorily compliant.
• Develop high‑quality marketing messages for offers, competitions, loyalty schemes and product launches.
• Identify gaps in the customer journey and propose improvements to reduce contacts.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing customer marketing communications across email, SMS, WhatsApp and social media.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM and communication tools such as Brevo or HubSpot.
• Ability to measure campaign performance and translate insights into future improvements.
• Strong capability to work with multiple internal teams and influence change.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, results‑focused and comfortable managing several projects simultaneously.
