Senior Agency Producer

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Producer to lead the delivery of high‑end content and production projects across film, photography, digital, and experiential work for our luxury real‑estate and lifestyle clients. You will own projects end‑to‑end, from scoping and budgeting through shoot production and post‑production, ensuring creative quality while staying on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end production for branded content, film, photography and digital assets, from creative brief through final delivery.
• Develop, manage and track project budgets, timelines and resource plans, proactively flagging risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Source, negotiate with and manage external vendors, crews, directors and photographers, ensuring best value and quality.
• Oversee pre‑production activities such as location scouting, casting, permits and scheduling, and coordinate on‑set logistics.
• Collaborate closely with the post‑production producer and editorial team to guarantee smooth hand‑off, keeping post timelines, budgets and revisions on track.
• Partner with creative directors and strategists to align production execution with creative intent.
• Maintain client‑facing communication on production status, timelines and budgets, providing regular updates.
• Mentor and supervise associate and junior producers on shared productions, fostering skill development.
• Ensure all productions comply with union, legal, insurance and safety requirements across markets.

Required profile

• 6–9+ years of production experience at an agency, production company or in‑house brand studio, with a proven record of leading premium/luxury content productions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑market productions (film, photo, digital) from budgeting to final cut.
• Strong vendor and crew network, with sharp negotiation and budget‑management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel for shoots and location work, adapting to diverse market requirements.
