Join our dynamic Customer Fulfilment team as a Customer Operations Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of service cessations. You will ensure a seamless transition for our clients while maintaining operational excellence and financial accuracy within a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

Missions principales

• Coordinate the complete cessation process for all Gamma products and services requested by clients.
• Manage the end-to-end workflow: from initial request reception to assessing commercial and contractual impacts.
• Act as a key liaison between clients, internal engineering and billing teams, and third-party providers.
• Oversee technical provisioning, billing cessation, application of fees, and revenue assurance.
• Ensure data integrity and provide regular updates to clients throughout the decommissioning process.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs and collaborating closely with the Quality Assurance team.
• Manage governance and reporting related to service closures and billing validation.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in customer operations, service management, or a similar coordination role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex contractual and commercial impacts.
• Exceptional communication skills for managing both client expectations and internal stakeholder requirements.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing and data management.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
