Customer Service Account Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing global software business as a Customer Service Account Manager. You will be the first point of contact for newly onboarded clients, guiding them through the first 30 days of their contract and ensuring a world‑class experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to new and existing clients.
• Conduct proactive implementation calls to welcome clients, give system overviews and assist with account set‑up.
• Manage each onboarded client during the first 30 days, recording interactions in Salesforce.
• Own service issues, log concerns in the CRM and ensure SLA compliance.
• Deliver software demonstrations via webinars for prospects and migrating clients.
• Meet and exceed KPIs while contributing to team targets and customer‑experience goals.

Required profile

• Proven customer‑service experience.
• Background in outbound, telephone‑based roles.
• Strong listening and communication skills for users of varying technical ability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Self‑driven product knowledge and ability to communicate across business levels.
