Customer Service Administrator – Property Management

About the role

Join Bridgfords, part of the Connells Group, as a Customer Service Administrator within the Lettings Department in Manchester City Centre. You will provide essential property management and tenancy support to branches, landlords and tenants, helping to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the resolution and disbursement of tenants’ security deposits at tenancy end.
• Arrange end‑of‑tenancy check‑out appointments and communicate details to all parties.
• Cross‑check original property inventories against check‑out reports, identify tenant liabilities and prepare schedules of works.
• Negotiate deductions with landlords and tenants within legislative timescales.
• Identify and recommend general maintenance or improvements to keep properties in good order.
• Respond promptly and courteously to landlords, tenants, contractors and internal partners.
• Deliver first‑class service to maximise customer retention.
• Meet personal and team deadlines, maintain service levels and achieve KPI targets.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
