Customer Service Advisor – Birmingham

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries via phone, email and web‑chat.
• Deliver a professional and exceptional customer experience at all times.
• Update customer accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Escalate issues according to business procedures.
• Identify risks or issues related to customer information.
• Work towards individual and team KPIs.
• Support projects and initiatives focused on continuous improvement.

What we offer

• Competitive rate of £13.00 per hour plus overtime (£19.50 per hour) after 35 hours.
• Weekly rotating shifts (8 am‑4 pm, 9 am‑5 pm, 10 am‑6 pm, 12 pm‑8 pm) – 35 hours Monday‑Friday.
