Senior Business Travel Consultant (Out of Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Business Travel Consultant to join our Customer Care team, working out‑of‑hours to deliver a 7‑star experience for business travelers. The ideal candidate is an expert in the Galileo or Amadeus GDS and passionate about simplifying corporate travel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage travel bookings, amendments and cancellations for European and domestic itineraries, including flights, car rentals and hotels.
• Provide first‑class service via live chat, telephone and email, ensuring professional and accurate communication.
• Maintain and develop client relationships throughout the travel process, offering suitable options and meeting service level agreements.
• Mentor junior team members, review their work and support the Team Leader to uphold high service standards.

Required profile

• Proficient in air‑fares and ticketing with expert knowledge of the Galileo or Amadeus GDS.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant.
• Well‑organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Positive, professional telephone manner and proactive problem‑solving attitude.
