Customer Service Advisor – Contact Centre (Hybrid)

About the role
Join Santander Consumer Finance's busy Contact Centre in Redhill as a Customer Service Advisor. This hybrid position starts with full‑time office attendance for six months before transitioning to a mixed on‑site/remote model. You will be the voice of the brand, delivering exceptional support across phone, live chat and email.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, live‑chat sessions and email enquiries.
- Resolve customer queries on the first contact whenever possible.
- Investigate complex issues, raise them with relevant teams and escalate when required.
- Maintain service standards and meet agreed SLA turnaround times.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to advocate for customers.
- Provide empathetic, personalised solutions based on customers' circumstances.
- Assist customers using digital channels on their own devices.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑obsessed mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Self‑motivated, upbeat and able to meet performance targets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- High accuracy while working under tight timeframes.
