Customer Service Advisor

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing B2B organisation in Birmingham, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls to arrange bookings and provide support.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to schedule bookings and answer customer enquiries.
• Accurately input and update information in the internal database.
• Communicate clearly with customers, clients and internal teams.
• Prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Follow internal processes and guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Motivated and customer‑focused individual.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage tasks accurately under pressure.
• Highly organised with effective time‑management.
• Confidence in learning new systems quickly.

Required skills

What we offer

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
• Death in Service benefit equal to 4 times annual basic salary.
