Join Travel Chapter's friendly and supportive team in Keswick! As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, creating exceptional first impressions and guiding our clients through every step of their dream holiday experience.

Missions principales

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients via telephone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Assist customers with holiday bookings and provide expert advice on accommodations, destinations, and local information.
• Support clients throughout their stay, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience.
• Handle rate negotiations and resolve customer inquiries or issues with high professionalism.
• Maintain accurate customer records and proactively suggest improvements for our products and services.

Profil recherché

• A customer-centric individual with a passion for the travel and tourism industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across multiple digital channels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a professional and empathetic approach to conflict resolution.
• Availability to work evening shifts (weekdays or weekends) for a total of 20 hours per week.
