Customer Service Advisor – Tonbridge

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s team in Tonbridge. This full‑time position offers a supportive, fast‑paced environment where delivering excellent service is central to the business.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email promptly and courteously.
• Provide accurate information on products and services.
• Manage customer accounts, update records, and process requests.
• Resolve queries and complaints with a customer‑focused approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Support general administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service or office‑based role is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to prioritise workloads.
• A positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
