Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers at our Activate Accident Repair site in Hucknall. You will welcome visitors, manage courtesy‑car logistics and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming reception experience.
• Issue and coordinate courtesy cars, arranging collection and delivery based on workshop schedules.
• Liaise with the workshop to obtain vehicle completion times, relay special instructions and update customers on progress.
• Conduct visual inspections of vehicles to identify any accidental damage and prevent uninsured loss.
• Process payments, issue invoices and support complaint handling in line with company policy.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills – face‑to‑face, telephone and email.
• Proactive time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Computer literate with the capacity to learn and follow complex processes.
