About the role

Join a friendly, fast‑paced team delivering high‑quality food and service to Defence sites across the UK. As a Customer Service Assistant you will help create a welcoming environment for staff and visitors while upholding the highest standards of food safety and brand representation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high‑quality food that meets client expectations.
• Create attractive food and counter displays.
• Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
• Comply with food handling, hygiene, health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, can‑do attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Strong team player who thrives under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual and safety‑first mindset.
• Desire to succeed and grow within the role.
• Previous catering or food‑service experience is beneficial but not essential.
