Customer Service Consultant – Branch Banking (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

TSB is looking for a Customer Service Consultant, also called a Money Confidence Expert, to work in its Boscombe branch. You will help personal‑banking customers feel confident and in control of their finances while encouraging the use of digital banking channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers face‑to‑face, by phone and via video to meet their banking needs.
• Guide customers in using mobile and online banking platforms.
• Identify suitable products and services based on customer requirements.
• Resolve queries quickly and provide clear, practical solutions.
• Build lasting relationships through personalised service and regular engagement.
• Promote digital self‑service using in‑branch technology and customer devices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.
• Spot opportunities to improve support processes and service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels.
• Experience supporting customers with financial products or services.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Starting salary of £24,700 per year plus a £2,223 flexible benefit allowance.
