Customer Service Executive – Product Genius

About the role

As a Customer Service Executive (Product Genius) at Arnold Clark’s Burton‑upon‑Trent Motorstore, you will be the in‑branch expert who creates an outstanding customer experience, guiding shoppers from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the showroom and vehicles for the day’s activities.
• Maintain showroom presentation and support advertising efforts.
• Assist the sales team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn and stay up‑to‑date on vehicle models and manufacturers.
• Help customers find the right vehicle and enhance their journey from enquiry to delivery.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Self‑starter who also works well in a team.
• Aspiration to progress into car sales.
