About the role
We are delighted to be working with a well‑established business to recruit a Customer Support Analyst based in Cambridge. The role is fully office‑based and involves providing support via phone, email and live chat while managing a varied caseload and collaborating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional, customer‑focused support via phone, email and live chat, resolving queries efficiently.
- Process system changes and arrange engineer service appointments.
- Ensure customer information is accurately recorded.
- Provide customers with guidance and escalate more detailed training where appropriate.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and French; Spanish and/or Italian speaking is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role, ideally involving phone, email and live chat.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner and strong customer service focus.
- Logical and methodical approach to problem solving with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of cases and prioritising workload effectively.
