Customer Support Assistant - Wellness & E-commerce

About the Role

Join a rapidly growing, female-founded wellness brand that bridges ancestral wisdom with scientific validation. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be the voice of Ancient + Brave, ensuring our community receives an exceptional and seamless experience across all touchpoints.

Main Missions

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries via email, social media, and telephone with speed and excellence.
• Utilize the Gorgias helpdesk system to track and manage all customer interactions efficiently.
• Handle logistics-related tasks, including creating and monitoring Royal Mail claims.
• Maintain accurate data and documentation using Google Drive spreadsheets.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Nutrition teams to ensure FAQs are always up-to-date and accurate.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide detailed reports to relevant departments to proactively prevent recurring issues.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to represent our brand values.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, especially regarding data and logistics.
