Cyber Project Manager – Technical Delivery VP

About the role

The bank is looking for a senior Cyber Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic information security initiatives across a regulated, multinational environment. You will work closely with security, technology and business stakeholders throughout EMEA and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead medium to large‑scale information security projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, resource allocations, risk registers and issue logs.
• Provide governance, regular reporting and executive‑level stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate with global technology teams, third‑party partners and compliance functions.
• Ensure project outcomes align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering cybersecurity or information‑security projects in a banking environment.
• Strong project‑management background (PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred).
• Experience across Technology Risk, Cyber Security or Information Security domains.
• Knowledge of GRC platforms, Identity Access Management (IAM), Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) and risk/control frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience with CyberArk or BlueVoyant is advantageous.
