Daily Supply Teacher – Secondary Schools

About the role

We are looking for qualified Daily Supply Teachers to provide short‑term cover for secondary schools across West Sussex and Surrey. The role offers flexibility for educators who enjoy adapting to new classroom environments on a day‑to‑day basis.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different student groups.
• Provide feedback on student performance and report any notable incidents.
• Collaborate with existing teaching staff and follow school policies.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in secondary schools.
• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and flexible approach to teaching.
