Electrical Trainer/Assessor (Full Training Provided)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced electrician to transition into a training and assessment position within a leading national training provider. You will deliver and assess a range of electrical qualifications, mentor learners and ensure high standards of compliance and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver electrical training and assessment across multiple qualifications.
• Support learners throughout their course and assessment journey.
• Conduct assessments, examinations and provide structured feedback.
• Liaise with centre teams to coordinate course delivery and scheduling.
• Maintain assessment paperwork and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Level 3 electro‑technical qualification (or equivalent).
• City & Guilds 2382 Wiring Regulations certification (essential).
• Inspection & Testing qualifications (beneficial).
• Willingness to obtain teaching/assessor qualifications if not already held.
• Professional, approachable and learner‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• City & Guilds 2382 Wiring Regulations knowledge.
• Inspection & Testing competence.
• Level 3 electro‑technical expertise.
