Data Analyst

About the role

The Data Analyst will join the performance management team supporting the TfL Mechanical & Electrical contract. Working alongside a lead analyst, you will ensure data consistency, improve operational performance, and provide actionable insights for contract delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, process and analyse contract performance data.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems and improve data relationships.
• Review data collection processes, validate information and identify anomalies.
• Collaborate with teams to secure and robustly store data.
• Create interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Produce dashboard reports to support compliance, budgeting and strategic reviews.
• Identify and implement quality and efficiency improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Experience collecting, reviewing and maintaining contract performance data.
• Ability to engage business leaders and senior operational managers.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – high‑level proficiency.
• Power BI – creation of interactive reports and dashboards.
