Data Analyst – TikTok LIVE

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Regional LIVE Operation Strategy Team. In this role you will turn complex data into actionable insights that drive growth and improve the creator experience across the TikTok LIVE ecosystem in Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse local and global content and user trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Create, automate and maintain dashboards and reports tracking performance, OKRs and strategic initiatives.
• Develop data models and conduct in‑depth analyses for content strategy, creator segmentation and user engagement.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for regional teams and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners such as Creator Management, Product and Strategy to inform decision‑making.
• Present insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• 5+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in a high‑growth tech environment.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities with a focus on data accuracy.
• Experience working with consumer technology, content platforms or the creator economy is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for simplifying complex topics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Programming in Python (or similar language).
• Solid understanding of statistics and data modelling techniques.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
