Data & BI Analyst – Tableau & SQL

About the role

We are looking for a Data / BI Analyst to join a fast‑growing digital agency in Manchester. You will own a cloud‑based data infrastructure and reporting ecosystem, turning fragmented data into trusted, structured systems that drive business decisions. The role is hybrid, with 2‑3 days a week in the city centre office.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for multiple business units.
• Write, edit and optimise SQL queries to extract, transform and load data from various sources.
• Manage and improve the cloud‑based data architecture to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Explore and prototype AI tooling to enhance analytics capabilities where appropriate.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a strong curiosity for data and problem‑solving.
• Proven commercial experience delivering business‑impacting dashboards.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
