Delivery Lead

About the role

As a Delivery Lead at Datatonic, you will drive strategic consulting and execution for large‑scale data and AI transformation programmes on Google Cloud. You will partner with account managers and technical leaders to own end‑to‑end delivery, from solution design and SOW creation to realising business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of complex data and AI transformation programmes across multiple workstreams, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Own full P&L responsibility for accounts, managing budgets, forecasting revenue and driving profitability.
• Align technical roadmaps with client strategy, translate technical deliverables into measurable business outcomes, and track value realisation.
• Manage executive‑level stakeholder communications, maintain C‑suite relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in a consulting firm, Big Four, technical consultancy or software vendor leading enterprise transformation projects.
• Proven track record managing multi‑million‑dollar, multi‑year data or AI programmes with 10+ team members.
• Strong pre‑sales and commercial expertise, including SOW creation, deal structuring and contract management.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior and C‑suite stakeholders and translate technical roadmaps into business language.

Required skills

• Agile and hybrid delivery approaches (Agile, Prince2, Scrum).
• Project tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Cloud certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
• Salesforce or other CRM tools for opportunity tracking and forecasting.
