Implementation Consultant – Salesforce (EMEA)

About the role

Specright is looking for a Salesforce Implementation Consultant to join its Professional Services team. You will lead configuration and integration projects for customers across the EMEA region, working remotely from the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce.
• Configure Salesforce features such as workflows, Process Builder, Flows, validation rules and security settings.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications and integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems via APIs and middleware.
• Perform data migration, cleansing and ongoing data management tasks.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, participate in code reviews and support deployment using Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines and version control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 + years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver technical solutions for medium to high‑complexity engagements.
