Deployment Strategist

About the role

As a Deployment Strategist you will work with some of the world’s most complex enterprise systems, ensuring Conduct’s AI operating system is successfully deployed and adopted by strategic customers. You will join accounts early, lead hands‑on technical deployments and become the trusted point of contact throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical deployments for strategic enterprise accounts, including on‑site visits and user onboarding.
• Collaborate with product teams to feed back real‑world insights that shape the product roadmap.
• Identify expansion opportunities, surface signals for growth and help turn pilot projects into multi‑year partnerships.
• Build and maintain reusable deployment playbooks, tooling, and onboarding flows to scale customer capacity.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity, preferably in enterprise or ERP environments.
• Strong commercial instinct with the ability to spot expansion opportunities and drive early conversations.
• Hands‑on builder who enjoys both process creation and direct customer interaction.
• Low‑ego, self‑aware professional comfortable admitting knowledge gaps and learning quickly.
