Destination Manager

About the role

Scott Dunn, an award‑winning luxury tour operator, is looking for a Destination Manager to lead the development and maintenance of its Africa & Middle East product portfolio. The role works closely with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure accurate, compelling destination content that drives revenue and enhances the client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and specialise in selected geographical regions, delivering destination overhauls and new product initiatives.
• Contribute to product strategy, manage commercial negotiations and ground‑handler tenders.
• Drive campaign ideas, website updates and innovative product concepts.
• Plan and execute familiarisation trips, supplier events and trade‑show representation.
• Support sales teams with training tools, resources and up‑to‑date product information.
• Maintain accuracy of the product database and create engaging destination copy.

Required profile

• Highly autonomous with strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent attention to detail and flexibility.
• Creative flair and ability to collaborate across sales and marketing.
• Proactive in identifying market trends and business opportunities.
