About the Role

Join a leading name in the housing industry as a Development Sales Manager. Based in Newcastle, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales success of our developments, acting as the primary ambassador for our brand from the initial pre-start phase through to post-completion.

Main Missions

• Manage and oversee the entire sales function of the development, ensuring seamless transitions from pre-launch to post-delivery.
• Act as the key point of contact for potential and existing customers, providing a premium and professional experience.
• Proactively manage customer requirements and expectations throughout the entire home-buying journey.
• Maintain and enhance the presentation of the development to reflect high-quality brand standards and a strong commercial message.
• Monitor sales progress and ensure all activities align with company procedures and strategic objectives.
