DevOps Engineer

Sensor Tower’s digital intelligence platform provides unparalleled insight into market trends, advertising, competitor strategies, and consumer audiences across mobile, web, and gaming. As a DevOps Engineer you will improve the quality of life for the team by creating a performant CI/CD stack to boost code development and build processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to improve development tools and productivity.
• Maintain a strong connection to the product and engage in direct feature development when needed.
• Take ownership of the CI/CD stack, ensuring it is robust, observable, stable, and performant.
• Research, implement, and develop tools that help developers write new code efficiently.
• Ensure the CI/CD infrastructure and processes are reliable and consistent.

Required profile

• Solid background in Linux.
• Experience in CI/CD stack development and maintenance.
• Working proficiency with Ruby, JavaScript or Python.
• Knowledge of AWS technologies (EC2, load balancing, auto‑scaling, IAM, S3, Route53, etc.).
• Telemetry and monitoring experience (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Kibana).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).

Required skills

• Experience with CI build‑time optimization, especially using Jenkins, RSpec and Cypress/Playwright.
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB and/or ClickHouse.
• Experience with build systems like Webpack, Gradle, etc.
• Proficiency with CI tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, and similar platforms.
