About the role

We are supporting a growing technology business seeking a hands‑on DevOps Manager to shape the next phase of its cloud platform. This hybrid role splits time between working directly with technology and improving the way the DevOps team operates.

Key responsibilities

Lead a small DevOps team and foster a modern DevOps culture.
Modernise and evolve the cloud platform built on AWS.
Collaborate on code and infrastructure using Python and Kubernetes.
Manage and optimise database services including MariaDB, MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Improve processes, tooling and automation across the team.

Required profile

Recent transition into a leadership role while remaining hands‑on with technology.
Strong interest in cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.
Ability to work both strategically and technically.

What we offer
