Digital & E‑Retail Internship

About the role

Join the Communications, Culture and Digital team as a Digital & E‑Retail Intern. You will support e‑retail and CRM initiatives, gaining hands‑on experience in content optimisation, campaign execution and graphic design across a portfolio of brands.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise product content (pack shots, descriptions) for product detail pages on major e‑retailers such as Amazon, e‑grocery and specialist sites.
• Create and refresh engaging banners, A+ content, Brand Stores and other visual assets while ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor, report on and optimise listings, developing data‑driven merchandising skills.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns from brief to execution, manage approvals and maintain a CRM calendar.
• Compile and analyse campaign performance data for monthly and quarterly reports.
• Support the identification of new e‑retail growth opportunities.
• Design graphic assets for e‑retail and CRM initiatives using Photoshop or similar tools.
• Develop shared team calendars, reports and contribute to cross‑functional projects, including competitor monitoring.

Required profile

• Motivated individual with a strong interest in digital marketing, e‑commerce and brand building.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and passionate about design.
• Excellent communicator with strong organisational abilities.
• Team player thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop or other design software (a plus).
