About the role
The Digital Innovation and Technology Lead will drive the development, evaluation and adoption of technology‑enabled care within Adult Social Care. This temporary position is based in Maidenhead and offers a day rate of £500. The role involves working across services to identify and embed digital solutions that support independence, prevention and value for money.
Key responsibilities
- Identify how digital solutions, assistive technology and new tools can support independence, risk reduction and quality improvement.
- Lead pilots and support practitioners to embed technology into care planning.
- Build business cases and conduct cost‑benefit analyses for new technology investments.
- Use data to assess efficiency opportunities and drive value‑for‑money outcomes.
- Provide structured implementation support to ASC teams and external providers.
