About the role
We are building a new team within our CISO organisation to own and lead all aspects of colleague technology security. As the Colleague Technology Security Lead you will evolve identity capabilities, ensure consistent malware protection and enhance data security across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Secure and manage local AI use and access.
- Implement software, SaaS and browser plug‑in controls.
- Perform general system administration tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the wider Colleague Technology Services and Security teams.
- Support and develop your team to achieve their goals and progress their careers.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading a small team or acting as a strong technical lead with an interest in people leadership.
- Ability to manage complex and competing priorities.
- Passion for supporting and developing team members.
Required skills
- Experience with AI / Agentic AI.
- Technical expertise in implementing and managing identity solutions.
- Background in fast‑pace DevOps style environments.
- Experience in rapidly changing and scaling environments.
