Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the online presence of a fast‑growing healthy food and drinks brand in London. You will own the digital brand strategy, create compelling campaigns and work closely with the wider marketing team to maximise reach and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive digital brand strategy across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Design, launch and optimise cross‑channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and community growth.
• Brief and manage agency partners for paid media, organic social and content creation.
• Plan, schedule and publish platform‑specific content, including influencer collaborations.
• Analyse performance data, CRM insights and media metrics to improve ROI and inform future strategy.
• Utilise paid media tools, SEO, CRM platforms and CMS systems to enhance digital effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience within FMCG or wellness.
• Proven track record of leading end‑to‑end digital campaigns across paid, owned and earned media.
• Experience managing external agencies and delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a tight‑knit marketing team.
