About the role

Join a fast‑evolving marketing communications agency located just outside Manchester city centre. As a Digital Marketing Manager you will lead the planning and execution of content, social, search and CRM initiatives while exploring AI integration to drive business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Manage and optimise campaigns for content, social media, SEO/SEM and CRM.
• Analyse performance data to inform decision‑making and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and client teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify opportunities for AI‑driven enhancements in client projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Analytical mindset with a strong interest in data‑driven marketing.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and their application in marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a friendly, down‑to‑earth team.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM platform).
• Salesforce (or similar CRM platform).
