Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO/SEM

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO/SEM) will develop and optimise both paid and organic search activities across the company’s digital channels. You will support campaign planning, improve website visibility and contribute to search optimisation across traditional engines, AI‑driven discovery and other digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and optimise paid search campaigns, including keyword lists, ad copy and budget pacing.
• Conduct keyword, competitor and search‑intent research to guide content optimisation and campaign planning.
• Work with internal teams to optimise website pages, blog posts, landing pages and product content for organic search performance.
• Test new SEO and SEM tactics to increase qualified traffic and conversions in existing and new markets.
• Produce regular performance reports covering traffic, rankings, campaign results and KPIs, and use data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with product marketing, digital teams and regional stakeholders to support product launches and website updates.

Required profile

• Practical experience in digital marketing, search‑engine marketing, SEO and website content optimisation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage campaigns and reporting with limited supervision.
• Proactive, organised and capable of recommending and implementing improvements.
• Relevant degree, diploma or qualification.
