About the role
We are seeking a Director to lead our Industrials M&A franchise, focusing on global mid‑market transactions. Based in London, you will drive deal flow, oversee execution, and expand the business across the industrial sector.
Key responsibilities
- Originate buy‑side and sell‑side mandates using a high‑level network of contacts.
- Lead efficient execution of transactions from origination through completion.
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Coach, motivate and develop an experienced M&A team.
- Participate in strategic decision‑making for the advisory practice.
Required profile
- Significant experience in M&A advisory within an investment bank, Big 4, private‑equity, boutique, or corporate development.
- Proven track record of generating competitive sell‑side and buy‑side mandates.
- Previous exposure to Industrials sector, either in‑house or through deal execution, is preferred.
- Extensive transactional experience covering all phases of the deal cycle.
