About the role

As Director of Enterprise Applications you will lead the strategic direction and execution of the enterprise applications portfolio across the global organisation. The role focuses on innovating, integrating and optimising application usage to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy for development, deployment and integration of enterprise applications in line with global business objectives and emerging technologies.
• Ensure optimal performance, security and reliability of all enterprise applications, safeguarding critical data and supporting business processes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for application‑driven improvements to user experience and business outcomes.
• Lead and mentor a diverse, globally distributed team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and excellence.
• Maintain consistent application standards and governance across all regional markets, navigating cultural and regulatory differences.

• Proven senior leadership experience in managing enterprise‑wide application portfolios.
